Currently cake tops are shipped from our glass shop within 3-4 weeks using US Priority Mail after order has been processed. We have found this is the best method to deliver your topper to you safely (without damage). Please contact us concerning rush orders and we will do our best to work with you in meeting your event date.
Our cake tops are wrapped in tissue paper and wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap. The top is then placed in a 12" x 12" carton and padded very well, along with instructions to safely unwrap.
We ask that you notify us via email of it's arrival so we know it has gotten there safe and sound.
It has been rare, but occasionally a cake top has gotten damaged in transit, as do other goods being shipped. If you should receive a damaged wedding cake topper please notify us immediately so another one can be prepared and sent out. If it was a custom special order we may ask you to return it first to repair it.
We calculate shipping & handling costs based on a flat dollar amount method which is calculated upon checkout. Insured US Postal Priority Mail is used.
