| Currently cake top orders are being processed and shipped from our glass shop within 2 weeks using US Priority Mail. We have found that this is the best method to deliver your top to you safely without damage. Our cake tops are wrapped in tissue with special padding around it. It is then wrapped with 2 layers of bubble wrap. The top is then placed in a 14" x14" x 14" carton and padded well. We ask that you notify us via email of it's arrival so we know it has gotten there safe and sound. It has been rare, but occasionally a top has gotten damaged in transit as do other goods being shipped. If you should receive a damaged top please notify us immediately so another one can be prepared and sent out. If it was a custom special order we might ask you to return it first so we can repair it. You will also need to notify the post office so a claim can be filed. We strive to never send a bride to the alter without her cake topper!
